| MULTI-STAKEHOLDER
DIALOGUES PREPCOM 4 PrepCom IV was held in Bali, Indonesia from 27 May - 7 June 2002. This meeting continued to develop the text of the Plan of Implementation, and the dialogue segment was designed to highlight relevant areas of concern for major groups. A two-day multi- stakeholder dialogue segment including all major groups consisted of four sessions: a plenary discussion on sustainable development governance; two parallel discussion groups, one on capacity building for sustainable development and the other on a major group framework for partnership initiatives; and a final plenary aiming to identify major groups' priorities for the future. Dialogue papers provided substantive input to the dialogue segment, and the Chair's Summary was included in the final report of the PrepCom. Chair's Summary Dialogue Papers:
